Actually, I appreciate this. It's a growwwwwwing sense of suspense! It's a looooming feeling of menace! Dracula advances sloooowly...This is in character for Dracula; he never scoots around quickly.
I dunno, I'm pretty happy with Act 1, Scene 1. It's a groovy library, all bleakily done up a la House Gothical. Drac is hanging out to add some joie de vivre, uh, mort. I still like the impending sense of doom here.
